I have been successful in stressful, high pressure careers and coached people to be resilient and manage change. I have helped people to overcome blocks to life-long learning, change careers, succeed at exams and reduce the effects of pain on their life.
My coaching style is collaborative and positive, enabling you to achieve your goals through a range of transformative methods. These might include CBT, Laughter Therapy, NLP, mindfulness and meditation.
I'm a family man with my wife, two young boys and three dogs. I believe that bringing more present-mindedness into our daily lives helps us to be more resilient, flexible and happy.
